Sharleen Olam is an Investment Associate at Earth Security, where she supports the origination and screening of new investment opportunities.

She holds an MSc in Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College London, where she developed expertise in climate finance, carbon markets, and the intersection of climate and investment.Previously, she gained experience in Indonesia, supporting market research and corporate collaboration initiatives. Her work included analysing key sectors such as energy, sustainability, mining, and construction, as well as producing tailored insights on regulatory developments shaping the business environment.

Sharleen also holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan.
